Terms of Use (EULA)

The agreement that governs your use of Money Loop, including our auto-renewable subscription products.

Last updated: 17 May 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (the "Agreement" or "EULA") form a binding contract between you and Money Loop ("we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the Money Loop mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Money Loop application on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits such activity.

3. Account and eligibility

To use certain features you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

4. Subscription products and pricing

Money Loop offers the following auto-renewable subscription products through the Apple App Store:

  • Money Loop Premium — Monthly. Length: 1 month, auto-renewing each month.
  • Money Loop Premium — Yearly. Length: 1 year, auto-renewing each year.

The current price for each subscription is shown in the Money Loop app on the subscription screen and on the App Store product page before purchase. Prices are charged in the currency configured by the App Store for your account and may vary by country or region. Applicable taxes may be added.

5. Auto-renewal, billing and cancellation

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions (or App Store > Account > Subscriptions) after purchase. Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.

No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

6. Refunds

All charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or by the policies of the Apple App Store. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple; you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Acknowledgement regarding Apple

You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Money Loop only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the Money Loop app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.

Money Loop, not Apple, is solely responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and/or use of the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and, upon your acceptance of this Agreement, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Service except as permitted by law

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Money Loop, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) USD 50.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach this Agreement or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

13. Changes to this agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

14. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The competent courts of Cairo, Egypt will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
